I found that the Norwood cars came with the RSC Bolts and not the indented bolts with the built in washer bolts.
My 06D NOR 67 Z28 has and came with the Regular style bolt with the RSC Head marking.

Many thanks for the information. This makes sense as 90+ percent of the fasteners were with the car and the subframe bolts look to be original but are as you describe. I was researching these bolts and all of the information out there indicates (for a 67) the indented head is correct. I’m going to stick with my originals at this point. Thanks to all who responded.
