We have two Rotary 4 post lifts and I assembled both with a helper and no need for anything other than some hand tools. Like Danny wrote, it's pretty basic and easy and they have instructions. Neither are bolted to floor and one I move in fall for winter storage of cars and back to position in spring. Easy and can do it myself.
