We were parked next to this car when Mc Dorman still owned it.

Super easy restoration.

Peel off the decals.

Repaint the nose stripe and the pin stripes-make an honest gal out of her.

Dealers made the first tributes... We have several black noser's that were dressed up as pace cars at the preference of the dealer or the buyer.

Its technically what I would call an "incidental replica", that was finished off by somebody.

The "Coffee Walk" car is another example of this... these cars are still getting constructed even today.

Great point about Dealers back in the day doing the same thing.
I don’t see anything noted of Original Dealer info, wonder where it’s from?
