So this is pretty confusing, Maybe it'll make sense to you or maybe not You can see the blue on the left side of the plate which I'm guessing is 67 and a pink on the right side I'm guessing is a 68. I would think and I'm only guessing here is there should be a white for 69 on top of the blue 67 but I don't see one. There is however an orange on top of the 68 pink and guessing it should be 70. No green for 71 one that I can see but there is a yellow under the red 73 and I'm guessing that's got to be a 72 Some of the colors don't match the sides on your chart though but maybe that has something to do when the car was first registered?
