FYI I have three sets of mufflers for my Nova (all Hooker). I installed the quietest ones.
What surprised me though is how mild the Bullet roller cam seems. I’ve had L88’s idle worse. Believe it or not, the camshaft lift (for example) is well over .750”. Big props to my pal Chris at Bullet for getting it so right. It has 10+ inches of manifold vacuum too (“smallish” carb has something to do with that..I’m pretty sure). That should give it some really nice driving manners Last edited by Arrowsmith; 02-04-2023 at 12:09 AM. |
