Registration for SCR 26

Registration for SCR 26 is now open.
Please take note: Due to a scheduling conflict with Beech Bend, CamaroFest will be the same weekend as the SCR. They also use the Holiday Inn University Plaza as their host hotel so we sincerely urge you to book your rooms as soon as possible. We have our normal number of rooms blocked out but it's always a good idea to book early.

Jamie Jarvis has worked closely with the folks of CamaroFest and we're confident this will be a positive experience for all of us. As always we will still have the Paddock area just Northwest of the hotel as our gathering area and for the Thursday evening "Meat 'n Greet" Bar-B-Que. CamaroFest usually occupies the large parking lot Southeast of the Hotel/Convention Center. They will also be at Beech Bend on Friday but Jamie has confirmed that we will have exclusive use of the drag strip from 9 AM to 1 PM which is the usual time we have always been there.

Should be a fun event with many more spectators in the stands, and even more to see as you roam through the pits. They will also have some vendors on site, so again, ... more to see and do.

The Registration Form is shown below and we will provide a link to book your rooms at the Host Hotel. (You CAN NOT use your smart phone to book the rooms.)

NOTICE:
There's apparently a problem with the link to the Holiday Inn for booking your rooms for SCR26. It shows no rooms available for the dates 7-19 through 7-23. THAT IS NOT ACCURATE! There ARE still rooms available!
Doug has contacted them and they're working to fix it.
We'll notify you as soon as we get word from the Holiday Inn and post a new updated link if necessary.

Update on the booking link for the Holiday Inn:
They have their corporate team working to fix the problem but have asked that anyone wanting to book their rooms please call the Sales Manager, Zach Phelps directly at the Holiday Inn University Plaza and he will personally handle your bookings. Zach's direct line is 270-393-8667.
Please tell him you're with the SuperCar Reunion and mention Code SCR for the discounted rate.
