The #'s on the center cast portion are the original copyright date and later,manufacturing revision date.

The date the rims were actually made is stamped on the inside of the rim hoop. Best way to describe this would be the area an inner tube would touch.

Original Cragar date codes were stamped. Later ones (1980's early 1990's) I have seen NOS were in black ink and some were stamped. No ryme or reason. I believe Cragar has gone back to stamping.

I got it February 20th 1984. The 4 is hard to make out.
