I think the tag is ok but looks to have been off the car. The dash top was replaced so the VIN tag was definitely removed and re-installed with incorrect rivets.
Generic rally wheels, trunk mat, non-OE BL axle w/aftermarket brackets. White headliner? Proceed with caution.
