There is no way a car could have survived local conditions, in an unheated garage, and not have some rust.
In my opinion, those photos of the lower left fender show not only rust, but that prior rust was already repaired there. Looks like tiger hair and Bondo to me. Typical Chicago issues. The auction photos are pretty suspicious. Photograph a dark car on an overcast day, and don't illuminate the common rust areas any buyer would want to see cleanly?
