This is a naïve question......are the painted floors correct?

Nope. KC had a rosey colored flat primer that was then completely covered in black. But I know Arlington cars had a flat reddish primer on the floors that was not painted over, it was completely exposed, because I owned one that was built there. The restorer of this car obviously had Mopar fever.
