Check the cowl for rust under the dash. Check the floors. Check the cowl again. Check the quarters. Did I mention the cowl? (YouTube “Mustang cowl repair”)

Front frame rails/torque boxes and ditto for the rear torque boxes. I can almost replace those in my sleep after doing 7 first gen Mustangs.
