Lots of trailer manufacturers would pop rivet a small metal vin tag on the tongue section. Check that area out and if you find two small holes that might tell you the vin tag has been removed.
Good luck finding the vin.

I've already looked it over well myself and didn't find anything anywhere. On the trailer. It doesn't look modified anywhere where it was removed. I'm hoping maybe someone owned one of the trailers before and remembers where it was at.
