Buddy, The entire front of the wheel was painted with the Lacquer "Cast Looking" Formula.
Anybody reading this know of a PPG Jobber that can still mix the above formula with SUEDE additive.. I have a very old unopened pint can that I'm thinking would be bad ??????

You're probably going to need to reduce/thin the lacquer quite a bit prior to spraying so you should easily have enough for the wheels.

I usually start out at 1:1 reduction and see how it flows out. Nice thing about this application is that you won't be sanding between coats as you want to end up with a pebble finish.
