California NA9 Charcoal Canister w bracket
FOR SALE $500, plus shipping “price reduction”
Mystery solved - fits 1970-1973 California dealership sold Camaro. FOR Sale a Rare NA9 California Charcoal Emissions Canister with Bracket. It’s my understanding that it fits 1970-1973 Camaro, with the bracket that is on it. The 3 port canister will work in all 1970 Chevrolets. I have had this for a number of years always thinking I may buy a California Car with a L48 or L34. The L78 emissions Canister is different and has a 4 port connection versus this three port. The canister is in original condition, and has not been restored. Send me a PM if you have interest, or reasonable offer. The sticker has 7026045 CA 065

Mike, unfortunately this set-up is not for a 1970 Chevelle/Elco. I believe it's for a '71-'72 Chevelle/Elco. Here are pics of a Van Nuys built 1970 Chevelle with Factory installed NA9 on an LS-5.

JMB,
Interesting, appears to me the canisters are the same, but the bracket is different. Nonetheless less it’s rare, just gotta figure out what it fits. I’m going to leave it on here, perhaps others will add to the story. Thanks Mike
