Dave, Yes they are. I will even throw in another set (a little more worse for wear). I have a friend bringing his truck to the Camaro Nats on sat, if you can meet us there.

Or we can meet the week after the Nats in a similar location as when you picked up the 2-peice kick panel for your buddy.
