1969 Nova questions

Hello all

I have a 1969 L48 car. First issue is I have a parasitic draw on my battery. I have replaced the voltage regulator as well as the horn relay. I have emptied the fuse panel. I unplugged my coil, msd, wiper motor, alternator.. everything and there is still a draw. I have power going into and out of the horn relay. Is this correct? I’m at a loss here. Can anyone give me some more suggestions?


The next thing is about the headlight bezels on my car. Left side bezel is for 69 with no vertical chrome bar. 1970 has vertical chrome bar. My car has one of each. My car was built July 25th 1969. Is it possible fisher body started to use parts for 1970 on my late build 69? When did fisher start producing new components for the 1970? Could my car have left willow run with 2 different bezels?
