^^Home Made from Parts from my Local Radio Shack. The Leads are connectorized and long enough so you can sit in your car seat and dial it up and watch the gage indication. It basically takes the place of the sender rheostat/variable resistor. Comes in handy to troubleshoot the circuit in car or on bench. The real rub comes in the form of an accurate "Tank Curve" I 'calibrated it to basic fallible assumption of a liner correlation of ohms to gals. Close enough for our course indicating fuel gages. I should have made a hundred of these and marketed them, sigh.
