Ill let the OP say more, but all the data in my call with Aggiedan03, seems to strongly indicate it is one of the "non converted cars" - so now we have 3 located to date.
First 2 now sitting in the American Muscle Car Museum in Florida. Supposedly sold from Ohio in the very very early 70's. Great find - I think Doug would say - "never say never" when it comes to finding a Super Car!
