I'm not a Mopar guy but I don't think the 69 6-pack cars had that bulge running to the front of the hood shown on yours. I'm sure someone with more knowledge that me will chime in.

The underside actually looks right, but topside the scoop opening does not seem near big enough and what happened to the divider? It isn't there.

Yes, the A12 Road Runner had that bulge.

The only ones I see on google search with that wide bulge are at dealerships. that was 2 cars of 30. The rest have a the thin bulge.

Thin on the Dodge Super Bee A12, wide on the Plymouth RR A12

Looks to be an original, but severely beat up. That center “I” missing is a big deal.

You can easily tell the difference on the underside where repops are usually smooth (Like Year One) where the originals are choppy. Also, the greenish gelcoat visible around the airbox. Hood pin retaining hardware is at the 3,6,9,12 O’Clock positions, and the a final item would be weight: Heavy = Original and Light = (usually) aftermarket. Yes to the wide center hood reveal line on Roadrunners. Just a very small line on the Bees. Looks like a factory hood to me!

A side note, when my Bee was judged, one of the things one of the inspectors dinged me for was the hood being aftermarket. After a quick explanation/education of the difference between the two to this “judge”and how it can be distinguished, along with the second owner of the car standing right there shaking his head, the points were quickly put back.

Value? in that shape, I’m not sure. Better to head over the A12mopar board and see.

Cheers
Dave
