Default '69 #s X77 Z/28, Color Change

Nice looking car in general although in no way a 'correct' restoration. I can understand the appeal of black, but an original burgundy Z would have looked extremely cool, too....

Also need some pics of the critical engine/drivetrain stamps.... I don't understand why sellers claim #s matching yet omit any pictures of the codes.

Trim tag looks real to me, but the rivets may imply it's been off the car...I'm used to seeing hollow rivets.

Real tag but as you stated it’s been off. Confirm hiddens if anyone is interested…

Could be a great car but I agree, no pictures of the critical stamps, casting numbers etc. but has 2 pictures of the power steering pulley? Mentions a bunch of details about various parts but never mentions Vin stamp or engine numbers. Also seller claims it is "all numbers matching, documented and original Z28". What documents...none are shown? Documented by whom?

Heres a clearer pic of the tag. The dash has been replaced due to the squared off rectangular hole for the VIN. This is a typical example of whats been selling on Bring a Trailer for over $100,000. As long as it looks good and has desirable colors, buyer pay stupid prices.
