1969 COPO Camaros do not have SS emblems.

I have no idea if there was a COPO El Camino in 1969. But if one is out there, I would not expect it to have SS emblems.

Original engine would be about the only way to nail it down.

If it still has the original rear axle, it should be the same as a 1969 COPO Chevelle rear. Would not be proof, but strong evidence if the date lines up with the car.
