I like this car and not too far from it...….
I know it needs a lot of work but doesn't seem like too bad a deal to me.

Very typical Midwest salt car. Looking at the floors, a person doesn't need to ponder if they can be patched or replaced...
 1 piece pan front to back as a foundation and build from there. Probably need some frame repair too, especially at the body mounts.
