Nova/chevy II those look like the Bill Thomas/Nickey traction bars. I know the Bill Thomas where painted blue.

With both shock mounts forward of the axle, wouldn't that indicate '67 F body ?
Did any Mopar/Ford leaf spring cars use that arrangement too ? Trying to "imagineer" a way to bolt them on a Chevelle...
