On a side note my friends here in town have a 64 FI car they ordered new but in white. It also has knockoff's. They had it judged 20 years ago and were docked points as the NCRS judging manual said their car was too early for knockoff's. Now their car is the earliest know knockoff car.

I find it interesting how the knowledge in the hobby has evolved (not just Corvette's either). Any idea when the car was produced Charlie?

I bought a 18k mile 67 roadster from Kenny Pascoe for my Dad earlier this year. The car was judged when the NCRS started to embrace midyears. In fact, it may be one of the first midyears they judged. Ironically, they were tough as hell on the car. I suspect the car would be a slam dunk for some significant awards today, if my Dad elected to campaign the car.
