Ended up driving the '67 about 4 hours this past weekend, I might try to run Drag Week next year. I also decided I'll try the local Pro E85 8.90 index class next year. I need to settle on a wheel / tire combo for that. Since they mostly run big tire slicks, I'm thinkin some sort of 29.5 that fits on a 15x14 or 15x15.
I've been hitting it with 14-15 psi, so about 700-800 hp right now. My punch list went from 0 back to 10 things again. -swap to different ladder bars -swap to 295/65 DRs in back -bolt on side mirrors -buy rivnut kit -change wg springs to 7 lb ones -figure out what lb springs to run in back for the coil overs Last edited by Pro Stock John; 09-28-2021 at 03:23 PM.
