The trans pan looks to square to be a TH400 and the crossmember is too far forward for a TH400 in the frame. Speaking of which in the second pic, I don't see any bolts in the frame to the cross member ??
  The description is horrible in all CAPS and absolutely NO punctuation. I hate trying to read crap like that. Having the whole underside and the trunk floor painted to hide the rust is a big red flag to me. Maybe the first buyer backed out once he saw the car in person ?
