This is a big block Camaro piece. The mounting holes are further forward in the "notched out" section of the large access hole. They're also offset to the passenger side 1/2" Notice the comparison drawing as well.
VERY similar but NOT the same!!! |

How different is the small block crossmember?

Good question. The small block has a perfectly oval shaped hole and the mounting holes are centered, no offset to the passenger side. The big block is offset to the passenger side for the exhaust to clear the steering box.
