That is goofy as 27-120 is a known Giles' Code in '69 also 02-106 a later # they used to '88 then Ramp was 02-107 from '89?  Other examples may help clarify but unless code change happened before subject vehicle delivery, the NCRS report code noted seems incorrect for the date?
