FWIW - The information here has been acquired from a multitude of primary sources and best practices including my painting cars for show within the NCRS - which is VERY stringent on color, metallic content, as well as the actual application of paint -which is to appear as single stage lacquer.

All this being said is that the same color as 69 Crystal turquiose or Azure turquoise? If so SYS member Bergy - (Bruce)has a 69 GTO conv in that color which was recently painted in base clear - I am sure he has a color code or a formulation.

The paint code from GM was KK I believe , although I think the second K meant no vinyl roof , so it may just be a single K ??

4900L is the Lucite code

A-1993 is Rinshed-Mason, no idea how to contact them. I have tried several ways without success to get a modern code for Dark Fawn.

13517 is Ditzler, now PPG. They have a historic division your local paint store/rep can call to get the code to convert, IF they have done the work to convert it.
