The 8 in place of the B on the VIN stamp is common out of Baltimore (looks like the letter B). Not sure about the double stamp on the code, could be an error or 2nd attempt at a stamp. I've seen double stamps before. Car looks very legit overall. It was for sale here in Ohio some years back after being pulled out of a garage from long storage. Very nice car overall, wouldn't take much to detail it out.
