Anyone recognize/know anything of the other Vega in the Harrell Grand Opening pic w/ wide roof stripes...L88-427 Plate?

It'd be cool if the subject Harrel Vega exists, likely Gibb sourced as the Nova in the one linked thread if NCRS result possible?
