What would you be checking for?
When Chevrolet decided not to offer an N30 Deluxe Steering Wheel option for '69, the tooling was done and in production. Both versions were used in production with no regard for build configuration. Maybe you need new judges.

Ok, sorry for the confusion on my post. X44 doesn't matter, I understand. So I screwed that up. I was wondering if any of the base interior cars had smooth wheels. I red this on CRG:
