Thanks everyone. I'll have to look into this further. The original is long gone so no photo opportunity, and from what I've read it appears they need some sort of proof of ownership, which I understand, but I'm not clear on what they will need or how. One thing I'm not too keen on is mailing in any sort of original documentation on the car, so hopefully there is some other way to show proof of ownership that is satisfactory.

I found the envelope with the door decal for my previous 1970 SS Chevelle. I had it made by R.R.Westcott in Scottsdale, AZ. in 2003. Anyone know of him and if he is still around ?
Curious if anyone on here ended up with the car. Last I saw, it had been restored and was for sale in the Fargo, ND area 2-3 years ago. Fathom Blue with black interior. TH400 in a console and power door locks. It should have come with Canadian docs that I passed on to the new owner. If someone has it, I have a compliance decal for it.
