Usps..
Got a 'late notice' from the local cable company dated 12/8...it arrived yesterday [12/28]. Called them to complain since the bill had been paid on time...the lady said they were not responsible for errors made by their accounting office or delays by the postal service
 She will be happy next week when we cancel our VOIP service and go with another provider...these local cable companies rarely have competition so customer service is a non-issue to them. Have a happy. -wilma
