Muscle Car City Auction
I got an email today from Mecum about the auction next month in Florida it also stated that Rick Treworgy is having an auction at his Muscle Car City-is he closing down or just getting rid of some of his collection-I visited his collection a few years back and had an hour long talk with Rick about how he acquired his collection -very nice guy to talk to.

Thanks for posting this Dave. I saw it over the weekend too. It's not too far from where I live (an hour or so) and sometimes I'd stop there if I was up that way for something.
Hope he's not selling totally out, but I haven't found anything that speaks to it either way.

Muscle Car City Auction
They're advertising 200 vehicles. I took a look at the auction site and see over 180 on Sat. and Sunday . 30 some Corvettes the others mostly Chevrolets and a few Olds and Cadillacs.

Muscle CarCity Closing
Just saw a notice on Facebook that He is closing on January 17th . Mecum Auctions is selling about 3/4 of the collection on January 22 and 23.

Man, that's a huge bummer. It wasn't too far away and they had a lot of shows and cruises there. Hopefully those will continue as he says.

Bummer. We stopped by there in July of 2019 while on vacation. It was a great museum with a lot of really cool cars. I loved it.
