The block pad stood out immediately, but I wanted to see what others said. The deck appears to be at, or lower, than the water pump gasket, which would indicate it having been machined, "to remove rust and defects".. right ???


Any buyer should see this disclaimer as a huge red flag, but it is way at the bottom of the, very lengthy, description.

For searches -- 138177A166602

I asked the seller for pics of the oil line holes to verify what I already knew (I saw pics of this car several years ago, unless there is another white one with an L34 stamped EG). See below. 2 bolt main. So definitely not an L78 block.
