Never mind. I found the cowl tag in the full size photos. It was originally a small block car.

WOW, with that knowledge wouldn't this tag far surpass "a little fast and loose" by a mile ? Seems like outright fraud, especially with the price. Of course, if the buyer finds out all this after the sale, ebay will side with the seller and stand behind their excuse of not knowing any better and they described it "to the best of their ability"... ebays "buyer protection plan" means they protect the seller from screwed over and cheated buyers...
