By the way Bruce at some point in time I probably will be getting rid of the centerlines and hopefully sending them to a good home if somebody is interested in them for their project. They will be priced fairly especially if they are going to a good home

Ryan:

If you decide to go with centerlines, make certain you have some hubcentric rings made. I don't believe anyone has them off the shelf.

Several of my buddies commented on my Centerline wheels stating that I need to be sure to retorque the lug nuts occasionally. I don't have to, because I had rings made for them.

Even the really old Centerlines, like I have on the El Camino should use them, even though they use a tapered lug nut.

Cheap insurance.

The 4th owner who provided this photo with the USA-1 plate on the rear of the car approx 1975. Melvin contacted me this weekend he found the old USA-1 plate when he was cleaning out his shop. The USA-1 plate and hopefully some Drag racing trophies will be reunited with the car.
