Im going with 68 A body

i looked at my 68 big car tilt, and it has a diff lower collar, and the floor plate stuff is really diff..

works for skylark, lemans, and cutlass, if it is

Thanks folks! Took a pic of bottom. I assume correct for A body?

Also how does center cap come off steering wheel? I see 3 screws underneath for the three spoke piece, but do not want to pry too hard on horn button. Thanks again
