Not much but some speculation.
Shipped to "Service Research Center". That's the corner of Rotunda and Oakwood - I don't know what they used the building for back then, but it could simply be a serviceability study car. A 351 4V would not be a hi-po and a strange base for a race car, with an 8-track.
