I think I saw this "TOOL" in a old camaro catalog, So I mocked it up and built my own.
Flat bar, Hack Saw, Bridgeport knee Mill, Wire feed MIG welder, Can of black spray paint, Heat shrink, Heat gun, Done. Works great. Photos attached.
