True story. Mr. Ron, original owner of Tin Soldier worked at the Norwood plant and that's how he found out about the COPO program.

He always hated going in and out of the car checking the temperature when working on the engine, tuning etc.

A genuine GM locomotive temperature gauge "fell onto" the COPO, and is still there today.

As far as I know, Tin Soldier is the only COPO who's original owner actually worked on it on the assembly line.
