There’s no real way of factually knowing with 100% accuracy, it could be any year but the “8” Mold number would make me believe it was a later issue. There is a 403 on eBay that has the “8” mold number and the same 10/3 month dating as yours ebay # 153448554399. Yours is probably perfect dating for a 10E car. JMO.

I just looked at my bellhousing sheet and I have no 8 mold number “403” with the rh boss.
