A rear spoiler was not an option on any 1967-1969 Firebird.
The 1969 Trans Am rear spoiler was standard equipment. The green car in "I Dream Of Jeannie" was a customized 1969 Firebird 400, not a Trans Am. The car was the creation of customizer George Barris and had no association with the Pontiac Motor Division.
