It looks to be a 1969 Road Runner with A14 Spring Special. So the RWL tires would be correct. But it has the wrong Road Wheels. Those are from 1968. Should have trim rings.

Tony King From Colcord, Oklahoma, Owns This Preproduction 1969 Shelby GT500 Convertible. He Explains That His Is The First Of Four Marketing And Engineering Development 428 Cobra Jet (Q Code) Cars Built In The Dearborn Plant In August 1968 For Shelby Automotive. It Is Also The Only Factory Black 1969 Shelby GT500 Convertible. Further, It Is The Only 1969 Pre Production GT500 To Be Tested With Both The 429 Cobra Jet And The 351 Four Barrel Engines. The Car Features Hand Laid Fiberglass Body Components And Special 428 Cobra Jet Engine Components And Detailing.
