Yes on the SEMS
On the 3M I would use something like this... It is for replacing repairing mounting tabs on headlamps tail lamps etc... FWIW I will tell you that I have used PANEL BOND to make mounting tabs on 2nd gen camaro gauge clusters - which there is nothing wrong with 10 years later. https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/company-...8716717&rt=rud

I may have to use that "Panel Bond" on my cluster. I had to repair it years ago and my guts telling me that it may need it again. I'll have to take a peek.
