Isn’t there some ram air ducting that usually gone in the engine bays.
Years ago, I almost bought one, for. 18k should have bought it. Lol

I question the seat upholstery.
The car for sale looks like an amateur installed the upholstery....somebody sucked the hog rings that secure the covers too far resulting in deeper puckers. The car Burd posted has the smoothness I'd expect from an original seat.
