Located a set of TB9 NMW tow tabs. Would like to located a second set and still actively searching for a set of the corresponding Pins (NMW Part #1011; qty 2) and hitch pin clips (NMW Part #1022; qty 2).

Do the pins & clips have to be NOS?

No....a good used set of pins and clips would do.
