More on the above pic, it's Henry Segrave's 1927 Sunbeam 1000 Hp World Record Winning 'Slug' Racer. Powered by 2x 1367 CID V-12's, he was the first to travel over 200 Mph on land going 203.79 Mph @ Daytona Beach. Car exists today but Segrave died boat racing in 1930 during his 3'rd run after setting a new 2-way Water Speed Record. ![]() ~ Pete .
