Incorrect. Just not painted right.
Spoilers became part of Z/28 equipment as of April, 1969. N647817 was final-assembled on or about May 23rd and would have been built with spoilers. Gets style points for not having added style trim. Last edited by William; 01-13-2020 at 12:08 PM.
